# Get template signing

> Read a template's Apple certificate and Google Wallet issuer selections for your API key's environment before issuing or configuring passes.

Read which Apple certificate and Google Wallet issuer a TapAce template uses for new passes in the API key's environment. Test and live signing assignments are separate, even though the template design is shared.

**id** `string` *required*

The template ID.

## Response

Returns HTTP `200` with a `template_signing` object.

| Property | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `object` | `template_signing`. |
| `templateId` | The requested template ID. |
| `environment` | `test` or `live`. |
| `appleCertificateId` | Selected Apple signing identity ID, `demo` for the test default, or `null` when a live selection is unset. |
| `googleIssuerId` | Selected Google issuer ID, `demo` for the test default, or `null` when a live selection is unset. |

An inaccessible or deleted template returns `404`. A selected ID alone does not establish signer readiness; check [List wallet signers](https://tapace.lk/docs/api-reference/wallet-signers/list.md).
