# Duplicate a template

> Copies a template into a new one.

The copy starts at revision 1 with the original's current design and `issuePlatforms`. Passes stay with the original.

**id** `string` *required*

The template to copy.

**Idempotency-Key** `string` *required*

A unique value for this request.

**name** `string`

A name for the copy, up to 100 characters.

### Response

Returns the new [template](https://tapace.lk/docs/api-reference/templates/get.md).
